7 weeks update!

We got the ultrasound today.  Everything is great!  There was a little bit of blood in there but it is nowhere near the gestational sack so that means that, even though I may bleed a little more, I should be safe.  :)  The ultrasound went so well that the nurse said that we don't need to do blood tests.  We made appointments for 8 weeks and 12 weeks (actually 11 because of Thanksgiving) and I am super psyched about it!

We saw the heartbeat!  124 beats per minute!  It was so amazing!  They said that it will raise and then lower again over the next 7 and a half months. 

We told my dad today too.  He was pretty happy about it and congratulated us.  We still haven't told anybody in M's family so I feel kind of bad that almost my whole family knows!  I'd really like to go all out when we tell his dad but that may not happen as it's really hard to get his dad and step-mom in the same place at the same time.  :(  Super excited to tell them though!

Things are good!  Still no morning sickness!  Replace it with nasal congestion, headaches, sore breasts, fatigue, having to pee every 30 seconds and SUPER strange dreams.
